Dr. Trevor Fung is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as a Specialist Anaesthesiologist and is a member of the South African Society of Anaesthesiologists.

Dr. Fung qualified as a medical doctor at the University of Pretoria in 2006. He attained his Diploma in Anaesthesia in 2009 and thereafter trained as a specialist at Wits University. He was awarded a Fellowship of the College of Anaesthetists of South Africa in 2013 and worked as a junior consultant at Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic hospital for 2 years before moving into full-time private practice in 2016.

In his spare time he enjoys training for endurance sports.
